For Black History Month, 6D have been researching inspirational Black figures who have made significant contributions to history, society, science, the arts and beyond. They have explored the lives, achievements and challenges of these remarkable individuals and used their research to create informative presentations to share their learning with others. Through this project, the children have developed a deeper understanding of Black history, celebrated the achievements of influential Black figures and recognised the importance of diversity, equality and representation.
