This week in Maths, we carried out a practical lesson where we compared the capacity of different containers.

After collecting data on our whiteboards, we had a go at collating the data on a bar chart – there was some fantastic work produced after our discussions on different axis and how we would scale our graphs.

This week for World Poetry Day, students wrote and performed their poems entitled ‘Kingdom of Justice’. We then created paper birds on Friday on which we wrote our poems. At the end of the day, we created a class ‘sculpture’ using these birds – making links back to our work on ‘What is Art?’
